Leaving you was my (Jun’s) first attempt at lyric writing. It proved to be a difficult process, to capture something real, dynamic, and visceral within the bounds of words and rhymes. My hope is that it managed to convey something that is both personal and universal - the experience of leaving someone who you love, someone who meant to you.
